  The only reason I'm rating them a 1 is because they won't let me rate them a 0. Bought a product here, get home, and it flat out doesn't even turn on! When I called to tell them about the problem they told me I had to be back up there by 4 the same day otherwise there was nothing they could do to help! It's over a 45 min drive and I had other things to do that day! I asked her if I could bring it in tomorrow or later in the afternoon and told me no. So now I'm out over $100 and stuck with a product that didn't even turn on from the get go.

  I would put a 0 if I could. I wasn't bothered by the store itself, but by the woman in the store that is keeping Red Eared Slider turtles in a small bowl/dish. What those animals are living in is completely inappropriate. Each turtle should have a minimum of 30 gallons, there needs to be a filter (one turtle has an abscess due to the lack of filtration in the water and bacteria build up) There's also no UVA or UVB lights set up which would help A LOT when it comes to keeping those poor turtles alive and healthy. UVB IS NEEDED TO METABOLIZE CALCIUM TO KEEP THEM FROM DEVELOPING METABOLIC BONE DISEASE. I don't care that this woman has "had turtles for 12 years," the way they are being kept is wrong and considered neglect by husbandry standards. If you love animals don't shop here unless you want to go in a make a complaint like I did. That's all I wanted to say, by the way if you are the one with the turtles working at this store and you're reading this, remember... "you can google it yourself." PLEASE LEARN TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR TURTLES PROPERLY. Sincerely, Someone who owns a red eared slider (which lives in a nice, big filtered pond outside), a box turtle, 3 snakes, 3 bearded dragons, a goldfish, a beta fish, 2 dogs, a rat, and a chicken.
