  Horrible experience. No shopping carts. My adult daughter & I were there on the day after Christmas and Penny's shopping carts were all apparently being used for "inventory " - I've never heard of this before. Try wrangling a 2yo boy at a store that you expect a cart to be at & it's darn near impossible. Plus my 9yo granddaughter was trying to hold all of her items & not drop them. It's ridiculous not to have carts available for customers!!! If I had of wanted to buy bigger items, I wouldn't have been able to get them. As it was, we couldn't wait to get out!
