  I have been with Buddy's and what used to be HomeSmart for several years now and I have to give them five stars all the way, they have been great to me and my Family great staff all of them and wonderful products they are very helpful I would highly recommend them if your looking for payment option

  I've rented from HomeSmart in the past and recently I stopped in to look around and realized that they deserved a much overdue review. The staff there has always been extremely courteous and professional. They were very fast with delivery and were very accommodating with the frequency of my payments and even when I was a little late on my payments at times, they never hassled me or made me feel uncomfortable. Rather than that, they understood that things happen and were more than willing to work with me and do what they could to make sure I wasn't wasting my money. This is a wonderful place with great products. Above all their customer service is the heart of the business and is impeccable. I've never felt such a wonderful vibe from a group of people as I did when I decided to check out the HomeSmart in Cookeville, TN. Amazing job! Keep it up. :) P.S. I'm not sure of the ladies' full name that helped me out but I'm pretty sure it was Holly. My apologies if that is incorrect. You definitely stood out on a professional level.
