  My iPhone battery died in such a way that it kept saying it needed to be charged, but after days of charging, wouldn’t power up. I made an appointment on their website (which came with a $10 off coupon). At my appointment, Nate was very personable and explained to me all the potential issues the phone might be having in case the battery wasn’t the only/main issue. Luckily it was just the battery and Nate had the phone up and running in half an hour. The price was well worth the great service and having my phone running like new.
